Fill out the contact form on our website, or reach out to us via text or email. We will connect to discuss your needs and dates of service. We will also get you scheduled for an initial consultation and meet and greet with one of our qualified pet sitters. We will then send you a welcome email with a link to create an account on Time To Pet, our pet sitting software of choice. After we meet and confirm we are a good fit for each other, you can schedule future services, make payments and text message our team directly from the Time To Pet app.

We utilize a team based approach to ensure the best reliable care for your pets and to provide some routine and work-life balance for our pet sitters so they don’t get burnt out.
For recurring daily walks or drop-in visits, you will generally be assigned the same pet sitter as often as possible, based on availability. We do have backup sitters available for when your regularly scheduled sitter cannot make it. We are all human and can have scheduling conflicts or get sick from time to time, so we want to ensure someone is always available to complete the service.
For vacations or multiple days away from home, we use a team of sitters to provide the best care for your pets. All sitters will be trained on how to meet your specific pet’s needs. You may have one sitter drop-in in the morning and afternoon and a different sitter complete the evening service. This allows us to maintain our one hour guarantee and prevents our sitters from getting overbooked and working an entire day without a break.
-
We guarantee we will arrive to provide services within one hour of your scheduled visit. This allows us time to finish up with a prior client, account for traffic, or other unexpected delays. So, for example, if you had a drop-in visit scheduled for 1:00 p.m. our sitter would arrive within one hour of that time in either direction. So, the sitter would arrive no earlier than 12:00 p.m. and no later than 2:00 p.m.

We recommend submitting requests for when you are out of town around a month ahead of time, and requests for dog walks a week or two in advance. We always encourage planning as far in advance as possible to make sure we have availability when you need us.
